What happens if the product that I want is out of stock?

We aim to always have enough in stock. However, from time to time we may sell out. If you would like an update on when a product will come back into stock, please email us at hello@curatiq.com

An item in my order is missing/damaged in transit! What do I do?

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at hello@curatiq.com with your order number, name of item, and an image of the item/parcel received and we’ll be happy to help you!
